Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Bulin 47 AI, including credits, refunds and acceptable use

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulin 47 AI (the "Service"), an AI tool that turns one photo into a short freestyle video. By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their teams.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service

You upload a photo and choose a quality. The Service uses generative AI to create a short video of that person performing in an existing freestyle clip. Results are produced automatically, so they can differ from what you expect, and we do not guarantee that a video will closely resemble the person in your photo.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us right away at support@bulin47-freestyle.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Credits and Billing

  • The Service runs on prepaid credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • A 10-second video costs 10 credits at 720p and 15 credits at 1080p. Current pack prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout.
  • Credits are deducted when a render starts. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. We do not store your full card details. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy

  • Failed or blocked renders. If a render fails, or is blocked by our safety checks, the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
  • Unused credits. If you bought a credit pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full to your original payment method.
  • Used credits. Credits spent on a video that completed successfully are not refundable. A video that looks different from what you hoped for is not a failed render, but if the output is clearly broken, contact us and we will review it and may return the credits.
  • Billing errors. If you were charged twice or for the wrong amount, contact us and we will correct it.
  • Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law.

To request a refund, email support@bulin47-freestyle.com from your account email with the date and amount of the purchase. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

AI Technology

Videos are generated with Kling, a generative AI video model developed by Kuaishou, run on our behalf by third-party AI infrastructure providers. We also state this on the Create page and in the FAQ on our home page. If we change the underlying model, we will update these disclosures. Because the output is generated by AI, it may contain visual errors or artifacts. AI-generated videos are synthetic media; you must not present them as real footage of a real event.

Your Content and Permissions

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process and transform your photo solely to run the Service for you: to create your video, show it in My videos, and operate our safety checks. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not sell them.

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • the photo shows you, or the person pictured has given you their clear permission for this use;
  • everyone pictured is 18 or older;
  • you have the right to upload the photo and it does not infringe anyone's rights.

You may use the videos you create for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them on social media. The original freestyle performance, audio and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are not licensed to you.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every photo you upload and every video you create. You must not use the Service to create, upload or share any of the following:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, or any sexualised depiction of a person.
  • Violence or gore: graphic violence, injury, torture, self-harm, or content that glorifies or incites any of these.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristic, or promotes hate groups or their symbols.
  • Child-unsafe content: any photo or video of a person under 18, any sexualised content involving minors, or any content that endangers or exploits children. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: using someone's photo without their permission; uploading celebrities, politicians or other public figures; creating videos meant to deceive others into believing they show a real person saying or doing something they did not; or pretending to be another person or organisation.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement: uploading photos you do not have the right to use, or using the Service to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
  • Other abuse: anything illegal; harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or blackmail; fraud or scams; attempting to bypass our safety checks, rate limits or payment system; reverse-engineering the Service; or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Content Moderation

We use automated checks, and sometimes human review, to detect content that breaks this policy. Photos and videos may be checked before, during or after rendering. A render that is blocked by these checks is refunded automatically, as described above. Automated checks are not perfect, so we may also act on user reports and on our own review.

Reporting

If you see a video made with the Service that breaks this policy, or you believe your photo or likeness was used without your permission, email support@bulin47-freestyle.com with a link or description and, where relevant, how you are affected. Copyright owners can send a notice with the same details and an identification of the work concerned. We review reports promptly, usually within 3 business days, and treat reports involving minors or non-consensual use of a person's likeness as urgent.

Enforcement Actions

If we find, or reasonably believe, that you have broken this policy, we may, depending on the severity and any previous violations:

  • block or remove the photo or video;
  • warn you;
  • suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice;
  • forfeit any remaining credits where the violation is serious, such as content involving minors or non-consensual use of someone's likeness;
  • report the content and your account details to law enforcement or the relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

Decisions can be appealed by emailing support@bulin47-freestyle.com within 14 days.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, software and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Third-party names, marks and media shown on the Service belong to their respective owners.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limits of liability, will survive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for how you use and share the videos you create.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will also notify you by email or inside the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
